Thanks for visiting my homepage. My name is Claus Missing and I live in Kaarst near Düsseldorf. My first Volkswagen was a beetle from 1967. In 1989 I bought my 1963 export beetle from first hand. I put many accessories from the sixties in the car like a Judson supercharger. Four years later, I bought a untouched but wrecked Karmann Kabriolett from 1952. The car was in very bad condition. The restauration of this car was much more work than I thought. After twelve years, I finished the restauration in spring 2005, exactly two weeks before the meeting in Hessisch Oldendorf! In spring 2004 I bought another 51 karmann ! A unbelievable car with original roof, seats, fenders, 67000 km and lots of rare split accessories. On this page you also find pictures of my 1951 export split, my unrestored 1966 Westfalia SO-44 Dormobile and my new 1964 SO-34 Westfalia bus. If you have some nice Volkswagen parts or accessories for me, please let me know. Maybe we can swap something. Just sent me an email: info@karmann1952.de. In the new KARMANN & HEBMULLER-registry you can find all worldwide known split convertibles and VW-Hebmuller convertibles. Please send me an email, if you have informations about not registered cars. By the way I´m also still looking for a Hebmuller convertible for my collection. The condition doesn´t really matter. Enjoy and have fun! Claus
